ITRADE FREIGHT

Development of a VR experience using HTC Vive glasses, where a Papa John’s store was fully and optimally recreated before its actual construction. In this VR experience, users can explore the parking area, interior, all dining zones, and the kitchen. Firestone Bsens was an interesting project technically, as it involved exploring a 2D project through 3D objects. Everything was created in 3D, but we focused on creating shaders to achieve a unique look and feel. I specifically concentrated on the tractor and the tires, which were in STL format and presented a challenge due to the high polygon count.

OCEAN REEF 121 MARINA, MIAMI, KEY LARGO, FL
Development of an Archviz experience in virtual reality using HTC Vive devices, where a virtual apartment was created before its physical construction. This experience allows for the visualization of spaces in advance and facilitates the sale of properties before they are built.
The project is set in a gated community located Miami, 35 Ocean Reef Dr. #200, Key Lago, FL 33037, which includes approximately 1,500 residences. Within this community, there is 121 Marina, a collection of 27 condominiums, each valued between $5 million and $10 million dollars. It is important to clarify that these values refer to the price of the properties and not to the cost of the VR experience.
